Fujisan.com provides an easy way to shop either from the comfort of your home or from the office, 24 hours a day and with the "Read, Listen, Watch" Mileage Program, you can accumulate miles on Japan Airlines.

Q: I am a member of the JAL Mileage Bank. Do I qualify for this program?
A: You must be a member of the JAL Family Club (which has a yearly membership fee of $30). However, please note that the qualification does also depend on your place of residence.
Q: My permanent residence is in Japan but I am living in the United States for a short period. In this case, do I qualify for the program?
A: At this time, to qualify for the program, you must be a member of the JAL Family Club and must reside in either the United States or Canada (Guam and Saipan are excluded) Even if it is for a short stay, for those of you who are a member of the Family Club and have an address in the U.S. or Canada, you will qualify.
Q: My purchases at Fujisan.com totaled $65.55. How many miles do I get?
A: The mileage calculation is based on $1 of purchase = 1 mile. Taxes, shipping and handling fees are excluded from the purchase amount. For amounts with cents, we round to the nearest dollar amount i.e. $65.55 would be rounded up to $65 and $72.38 would be rounded down to $72.
Q: Is it true that the miles can be doubled?
A: When shopping at Fujisan.com, if you use the JAL Family Club Premio Card, your miles will be doubled and for every $1 purchase, you will receive 2 miles. For more information about the JAL Premio Card, please call 1-888-576-2032.
Q: I have had a magazine subscription from before July 31. Can I get JAL miles for the purchase amount before July 31?
A: You must enter your 7 or 9 digit JAL Family Club membership number at the time of order. For your subscription, please send us an e-mail to e-service@fujisan.com with the following information:
- Name of magazine
- Order ID Number (OID)
- Your full name
- Your contact information
- JAL Family Club membership number
For the magazines that have been shipped to you before having entered your JAL Family Club membership number into our system, the miles will unfortunately not be credited into your account.
Q: Do I get miles for items that I have ordered through Fujisan.com that are not subscriptions?
A: The miles will only be added to your account after you have entered your JAL Family Club membership number at the time of purchase at Fujisan.com. This program cannot be combined with other specials or promotions.
Q: Are there any other ways to accumulate miles?
A: Yes, there are many other ways in which to accumulate miles. For detailed information, please contact the JAL Family Club.
Q: Where do I enter my JAL Family Club membership number?
A: At the check out process in step 2, after you have chosen the desired shipping method for the products you have purchased at Fujisan.com, you will have a location where you can enter the 7 or 9 digit JAL Family Club membership number.
