- When products are out of stock at the publisher and or our warehouse in Tokyo, that portion of your order will be cancelled and you will have a choice to reorder or cancel the out of stock item. If you decide to reorder, that portion of your order will become a separate order from the original.
- If certain items do not arrive within 30 days from Japan, all items that have already arrived will be shipped automatically and your order will be set as "Ship Separately" instead of "Ship Together". After the above date, your order will ship separately regardless of what you have chosen as a shipping method. This is also true for all magazine subscriptions.
- Please note that Fujisan.com has a partnership with Bargain Japan/U.S. FRONTLINE NEWS in which Bargain Japan/U.S. FRONTLINE NEWS will be responsible for charging and delivery.
Starting from Nov.14.2002, your credit card statement will show Bargain Japan/U.S. FRONTLINE NEWS as the payee for all Fujisan.com purchases.
