Q:
I am having problems placing orders while using America On-line. What can I do?
A:
There are several reasons for which you may have problems ordering while using America On-line.
If you are having problems ordering using the America On-line browser:
Hide the America On-line browser at the bottom of the screen and open up Internet Explorer or Netscape and you should be able to order using those browsers.
You have a PC with an English operating system and cannot input Japanese characters:
If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, you will not only be able to input Japanese characters but you will also be able to read Japanese web sites. You must, however, download the Japanese file from the Microsoft web site. Once you have downloaded the file, you must hide the America On-line browser at the bottom of your screen and use Internet Explorer to be able to read and write Japanese.
For all other problems:
You may place orders by fax. Please be aware that there will be a $3 charge per order plus $1 per item in the order for all fax orders. Please send us the following information:

4. Subscription period (for fixed term subscriptions)
5. Shipping Method (Individually as they arrive or all together)
