The products that have been delivered to me have pages missing in them or are damaged. What should I do?
A:
In general, we ask you to contact us at the address mentioned below. If an error has clearly been made by us, we will immediately exchange the product for you. ( With magazines, it is possible that we may not be able to obtain the exact same issue. In this case, we will exchange it for the following issue or reimburse you the charge) For exchanges, we ask you to send us back the products to the address listed below and we will reimburse you for the shipping costs. Damages to the products that occurs during the shipping process (e.g. the products were forced in and bent into a small mailbox or the mail was damaged in the rain) is the responsibility of the post office. In this case, please understand that you must contact the post office directly and we are not responsible for any reimbursements.
