Q: What is a Magazine code?
A: It is a code number that all Japanese magazines in circulation use. Like the ISBN number, on the very back of the magazine, there is a magazine code. (For example: 12345-10/31). If a code contains six digits or more, this is not the Magazine code, and you do not need to enter it.

Q: Which issue will my subscription order will start from?
A: It will NOT start from the current issue. Due to the distribution system in Japan, it usually starts from a issue which will be published at least 3 weeks after the ordered date. If the next issue is published within 3 weeks from your ordered date, it may start from the following issue.

Q: How do I order one issue of a magazine?
A: We end our magazine special order and the single-issue order service as of July 25th,2008. We apologize for your inconvenience. Please continue to enjoy your favorite magazines as subscriptions!!

Q: How can I renew my subscription?
A: We will notify you via e-mail one month before the end of the subscription. You don't need to place new orders for any existing subscriptions. When you receive an e-mail from us regarding your subscription renewal , simply provide us the following information via e-mail at shopping@fujisan.com or call us 1-877-FUJISAN (1-877-385-4726):

1. Order ID Number (OID#)
2. Magazine title
3. Subscription period

Also, if you change any information such as mailing address or credit card number, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

Q: Is it possible to order back issues of magazines?
A: We end our magazine special order(back numbers) service as of July 25th,2008; we are sorry that we are NOT able to accept any back numbers' order. Please continue to enjoy your favorite magazines as subscriptions!!

Q: I want to cancel my subscription order.
A: Your subscription order can be canceled after you've received your first issue. Please note that we do not accept any cancellation request before your first issue.

-If you would like to cancel your subscription order, please contact us at shopping@fujisan.com a month before the magazine's published date of your last desired issue and give us your order number and the title that you would like to be cancelled.

*Due to the timing of a magazine's published date and the processing time to Japan, if the upcoming issue was published within three weeks from your cancellation request, it will be cancelled after we ship out the upcoming issue.
