What is a Magazine code?
A:
It is a code number that all Japanese magazines in circulation use. Like the ISBN number, on the very back of the magazine, there is a magazine code. (For example: 12345-10/31). If a code contains six digits or more, this is not the Magazine code, and you do not need to enter it.

Q:
Which issue will my subscription order will start from?
A:
It will NOT start from the current issue. Due to the distribution system in Japan, it usually starts from a issue which will be published at least 3 weeks after the ordered date. If the next issue is published within 3 weeks from your ordered date, it may start from the following issue.

How do I order one issue of a magazine?
A:
If you would like to order only 1 issue of a magazine, please go the special order section on our web site and provide us with the issue number of the magazine you would like to purchase. If you do not enter the issue number, we will automatically send you the latest issue.

Q:
How can I renew my subscription?
A:
We will notify you via e-mail one month before the end of the subscription. You don't need to place new orders for any existing subscriptions. When you receive an e-mail from us regarding your subscription renewal , simply provide us the following information via e-mail at shopping@fujisan.com or call us 1-877-FUJISAN (1-877-385-4726):
1. Order ID Number (OID#)
2. Magazine title
3. Subscription period
Also, if you change any information such as mailing address or
credit card number, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

Q:
Is it possible to order back issues of magazines?
A:
Yes, it is possible to order back issues of magazines. Please go to our Special Order : Magazine page and in your order you MUST specify the title / the issue number so that the particular issue will be delivered to you. However, please be aware that the particular issue may be sold out, in which case we will send you a notice of cancellation of the order.

Q:
I want to cancel my subscription order.
A:
Your subscription order can be canceled after you've received your first issue. Please note that we do not accept any cancellation request before your first issue.
-If you would like to cancel your subscription order, please contact us at shopping@fujisan.com a month before the magazine's published date of your last desired issue and give us your order number and the title that you would like to be cancelled.
*Due to the timing of a magazine's published date and the processing time to Japan, if the upcoming issue was published within three weeks from your cancellation request, it will be cancelled after we ship out the upcoming issue.
