Q: How does the exchange rate influence the product price?
A: The exchange rate will only influence the price of special orders or Yen based products. All other products are already priced in dollars. (For more information on US$ based and Yen based products, please click here) We periodically change the exchange rate. Today's rate is posted on the "Exchange Rate and Pricing Policy" page in the Ordering Information Section . The exchange rate will be applied on the date of the shipment.

Q: If I cannot find the ISBN number for a book that I would like to order, how should I go about the ordering process?
A: If you do not know the ISBN code, please enter "unknown" in the space provided and we will process the order.

Q: What is an ISBN number?
A: The ISBN number is a worldwide standard publication product code system. On the very back of the book, you will find a 10-digit number. (For example: ISBN4-01-234567-9) Each unique ISBN number corresponds to a unique publication. Therefore, in processing computer requests, we can find your book quickly and without mistakes. When making a book request, make sure to include the ISBN number.
