    Q: Why is the credit card statement payee will show Bargain Japan/U.S. FRONTLINE NEWS ?
    A: Fujisan.com has a partnership with Bargain Japan/U.S. FRONTLINE NEWS in which Bargain Japan/U.S. FRONTLINE NEWS will be responsible for charging and delivery. Starting from Nov.14.2002, your credit card statement will show Bargain Japan/U.S. FRONTLINE NEWS as the payee for all Fujisan.com purchases.

    The customer service contact number remain the same.

    Q: Could you tell me what my order status is?
    A: You can check your order status by clicking on "order status" and entering your e-mail address along with your order ID number (OID#). If you requested a special order, due to the fact that our Japanese suppliers are not connected o nline, we cannot inform you with a precise delivery date. The delivery time will vary according to your order. In general, it will take at best, 2 weeks for airmail. However, depending on such things as the printing status of the product or the issue date of the magazine, it is possible for the delivery to be delayed.



    Q: Do you take orders by fax / e-mail or phone?
    A: Although most of our orders are processed through the internet, if you prefer to order by fax / e-mail, please e-mail us at
    shopping@fujisan.com and we will send you a fax / e-mail form that you can complete and fax / e-mail back to us. Please note that for fax / e-mail orders, there is a $3 fee per order plus $1 per item in the order. For fax / e-mail orders, please include the following information:

    1. Title
    2. ISBN Code/Magazine Code/ Product Code
    3. Quantity
    4. Subscription Period (for fixed term subscriptions)
    5. Shipping Method (Individually as they arrive or all together)
    6. Credit Card Type (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
    7. Credit Card Number
    8. Expiration Date
    9. Name on Credit Card
    10. Shipping Address
    11. Credit Card Billing Address
    12. Telephone Number
    13. Fax Number

    Q: Is it safe to order at Fujisan.com?
    A: DATA ENCRYPTED FOR SECURITY
    All of your purchases done on our secure server will be encrypted so that your personal and credit card information is scrambled and coded. That way only Fujisan.com's order processing department can read and process your order.



    Q: Do you gift wrap?
    A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any gift wrapping service. In addition, please note that we must pack the receipt with all orders. We understand that this can be problematic when sending gifts. We are attempting to develop a new shipping system that will change this practice in the future.



    Q: What should I do if I have some questions regarding the charges on my credit card?
    A: For inquiries on credit card charges, please provide the following information and contact us:

    1. Your order ID number (OID)
    2. Your name
    3. What the problem is (e.g. the inquiry is about a certain charge made for a certain amount on a certain date)



    Q: Do you send out confirmation e-mails?
    A: Yes, you should receive an e-mail within 48 hours from the time you place the order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after 48 hours, please e-mail us at
    e-service@fujisan.com with your order ID number.
